Hey I’m Madison Realtor, Tony Pacello! I’m from Colorado (proud to be a CU Buff!), and have called Madison home since 2019. My real estate clients know that I like to get to the ‘why’ behind their real estate goals. Not just what you’re looking for, or where you’re looking for it, but why those things are important to you. That way, we can develop a strategy for your home search, or for your goals as a seller. No two clients are alike, which is why I get to know you and your goals personally so we can develop a plan to get you the best possible outcome.
A strategic approach
Growing up, I always had an interest in architecture and design. I had a fast, head-first dive into sales after college when I went from a cold caller to a regional account manager for a telecommunications company. My background in consultative and solution-based sales has helped in real estate because of how many details go into the real estate strategy. There are short term and long term goals to consider. You need a strategy for the market, plus an overall plan to not just buy a home, but intelligently invest.
I jumped at the opportunity to become a Madison Realtor and join The 608 Team when I met Dominic and Ellie at an open house. I am a 608 Team member because the company’s culture, mission and vision align with my core values. As a team, we lean on each other for education and support for our clients. And as the team grows, it remains client and service oriented.
When I’m not working, you can find me golfing, boating and wake surfing, hanging out with friends, and traveling!
