It All Started When We Said Yes.
And not just to Dom's proposal during Thanksgiving Dinner! The 608 Team was born when we decided to combine our years of real estate experience into one team.
We heard from friends and family members that they wanted a real estate experience that would work for buyers, sellers, build clients and investors. We realized nothing so comprehensive existed in the Madison area, so we said YES and created it!

My grandfather was my best friend. He gave me my first job and encouraged me to do well in business, school and fiance at a very young age. I wanted to be just like him, debit card and all. At 13, he opened my first checking account with me and I demanded an ATM card because I thought ATM’s were so cool when they first were popular. To this day, I still have that card with his name on it as a reminder of him and to keep his memory and guidance alive and close to my heart every day.

Dominic Colosimo
Hey, I’m Dominic! Co-founder and CEO of The 608 Team. I was born and raised in a suburb of Cleveland. I am part of a very large Italian family, rooted in Ohio! I went to Purdue University, and graduated with a degree in business management, before moving to Madison. I am passionate about helping my real estate clients go beyond what they thought possible with their real estate goals. I take the time to learn about their lives and goals, and customize a plan for them, whether it is to buy, sell or invest. I have a particular passion for investing in real estate, and love helping people realize their income potential through rentals.
Back in 2009, I purchased my first home during the Great Recession. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, but figured, what the heck? I needed a place to live. So I bought a condo that had a skyline view of Chicago. Little did I know, that would set me on a trajectory for a career in real estate. I moved for my corporate job during this time, and kept this property for another year as a rental. What started as a foreclosure turned into a profit of $120,000. I took that profit and wrote a check to Sallie Mae for $88,000, paying off my student loan debt. I was now debt free aside from my mortgage.
As I moved around city to city, I accumulated more rental properties, and my portfolio grew from there. This slow and steady accumulation of properties increased my interest in real estate, and inspired me to start my own business so I could help others buy, sell, build and invest. I started DC Home Heroes with RE/MAX® in 2016.
In 2018, I met my future wife, Ellie, at a RE/MAX® event, and I proposed to her during our family’s Thanksgiving dinner in 2019! In June 2020, Ellie and I decided to combine our real estate companies into one team, now The 608 Team. We got married in October 2020, on Ellie’s grandparents’ 70th wedding anniversary. Since then, our team has continued to grow. We love serving and giving back to our Madison community, and helping our own team members thrive in the real estate industry as well.
In my spare time, you will find me spending time with Ellie and our friends and family, boating, and traveling to new locations as much as we can. In the winter, we enjoy skiing, snowboarding and cheering on the Packers! We love our time in Madison most though. Checking out local restaurants and venues as well as our parks, arboretum, and supporting local venues, farmers markets, and small businesses.

Hey, I’m Ellie! Co-founder and COO of The 608 Team. I was born, raised and educated in Madison. To say that I know Madison and the surrounding areas would be an understatement. Since graduating with my business degree from UW-Madison, I have spent my days helping wonderful people, like you, realize their real estate dreams. I found real estate in 2014, and haven’t looked back since.
Like the start to some of the best things in life, real estate was never my plan. The only plan I had after graduating was to not be beholden to anyone’s schedule but my own, and to never have glass ceilings I needed to shatter, rather ceilings I created.
I learned very quickly that sitting at a desk all day was not going to work for me and that my love for people and connection ran deep. After a short stint in the commercial real estate world, a friend recommended I connect with a residential Broker who was looking for a Buyer Agent for her team. The rest is history! After a year of learning the ropes, I founded Ellie Feldman Realty and went off on my own.
While attending a RE/MAX® event in 2017, a coworker introduced me to my now husband, Dom. He proposed during Thanksgiving dinner in 2019, and we got married on October 21, 2020 - my grandparents’ 70th wedding anniversary. In 2020, we decided to combine our real estate teams into one - now The 608 Team.
In September 2018, life threw me an unexpected curveball. After two years of feeling unusually tired, and countless blood tests that revealed nothing, a thyroid ultrasound showed that my lymph nodes were enlarged. I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma at the age of 27. I finished six rounds (12 treatments) of chemotherapy, and was declared cancer free in April 2019. Throughout my journey and to this day, I am passionate about sharing my story, tips and resources with other cancer patients and survivors. Fighting cancer is also at the forefront of The 608 Team’s philanthropic efforts. With every sale, we give back to charities, such as the UW Carbone Cancer Center, right here in the Madison community. Through The 608 Gives, we are committed to supporting our community as much as it has supported us.
When I’m not working with clients or our team, you can find me spending time with Dom and our pups, boating, hanging out with our friends and neighbors, traveling, shopping at Hilldale, and trying new local restaurants!
Angelica Bolduc
Hey, I’m Angelica! I’ve been in Madison since high school graduation in my hometown of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. I went to UW-Madison and worked as a real estate transaction coordinator before getting my real estate license! My real estate clients know that I am not selling them something; I am helping them realize their dream of home ownership. I am facilitating, not selling. I use guidance, knowledge and education to help you make confident, informed decisions. I am very passionate about helping people who have traditionally faced barriers, or have been left out of the home-buying process entirely. If you are the first person in your family to buy a home and you need down
payment assistance, I want you to know that it is possible. Home ownership gives you so much freedom and so much peace of mind that everyone deserves that. I want to help people find that.
I became a transaction coordinator for a real estate team after graduating college. I love learning, and in real estate, there is always something to learn. I enjoyed the challenge, and the need to be adaptable when the market changes. I got to the point where I needed a new challenge, and wanted to make a bigger impact. That is when my journey as a REALTOR® began.
I got connected with The 608 Team through Stephanie, and haven’t looked back. What drew me in was the fact that Ellie, Dominic and the entire team share a passion about giving back to the community. That is a huge passion of mine. One of my short-term goals is to give away more money than I make in one year!
Right now, a portion of every commission check I receive goes directly to Habitat for Humanity of Dane County and OWN IT. This organization provides free homeownership and wealth building courses, as well as $15,000 in downpayment assistance to people and families of color in the greater Madison area, in an effort to decrease the homeownership gap. OWN IT’s mission aligns with my mission as a REALTOR®. Every one of my closings supports these organizations.
When I am not working, you'll find me hosting parties, entertaining and cooking with my husband, Rob! I love doing DIY projects in our home. I have a passion for house plants, yoga, concerts, making art, and volunteering. Rob and I like to camp and hike, and spend time with our dog, Travis!

Dominic Murray
Hello I am Dominic! I am originally from the Verona area, and loved the sense of community so much I decided to put my family roots down not far from there! My Fiance and I share one son together, two rescue dogs and have plans for our wedding in September of 2024!
My original background is in the Marketing and Design field, which I have always had a strong passion for. I really enjoy creating and developing materials to be effective in achieving a goal. The design side of things opened a new door for me into the world of landscape and entrepreneurship. I found it to be
the perfect balance between being creative, and allowing me to be outside. My landscape design experience was a great segway for me to realize I was designing and structuring the landscape around the architecture and elements of the home or building. I found that I had an untapped interest in what the real estate industry entailed. My eye for detail, structure, and design, has allowed me to help buyers pinpoint what they are looking for, and sufficiently guide them through the home buying process.
When I am not actively working, I enjoy being outside with my family, whether that's biking, boating or anything in between! I play in a sand volleyball league on Fridays during the warmer months. Another hobby of mine includes working on perfecting my golf game! Dom is an avid Wisconsin sports fan and enjoys going to Packer and Badger games.

Hey, I’m Grace! I’m a UW-Madison alumni, former nurse, and married to my high school sweetheart. My husband, Andrew, and I are both from the small town of Arcadia, Wisconsin, right between La Crosse and Eau Claire. We have called Madison home now for 7 years.
My real estate clients know that I will always be a resource for them, and will work to get their questions answered before they think of them. When Andrew and I went through the home-buying process, the market was really competitive. We know how nerve-wracking that can be. I aim to provide the confidence and education needed through the process so you can focus on the fun parts of buying and selling a home. You don’t need to be an expert in real estate to buy or sell your home because I will be there to cover all of the details. I also love the creativity that goes into searching for a home. I am able to paint a picture of a space, and point out details or small changes that can be made that will make a huge difference in your future home.
I became a nurse after graduating from UW, but had always had an interest in real estate, especially in portfolios and rental properties. I felt like my career was missing the opportunity for creativity, so I decided to change course, and I haven’t looked back since! I met Dominic through a mutual friend, and he helped us buy our first home in Cross Plains. We found a home in a competitive market that has a yard we love, and space to invest in. Our home-buying experience and working with Dominic led me to join The 608 Team!
When I’m not working with my real estate clients, Andrew and I do a lot of hiking (one of our favorite spots is Governor Dodge State Park) and kayaking. We like to snowboard in the winter, play basketball together and go on walks and bike rides. We also love to renovate furniture, take on DIY projects in our home, and drive through various Madison neighborhoods!
Jennifer Hoyt
Hi, I’m Jennifer. I have been a Madison resident for over 28 years. My husband and I have three grown children. We loved raising our children in Madison and have enjoyed all that Madison has to offer.
I have spent the majority of my career working as an educator, initially in public schools until I discovered Montessori Education. When my children finished high school I decided to pursue a career in real estate. Having purchased three different homes in the Madison area, I have always enjoyed keeping an eye on the Madison real estate market. I love helping buyers learn about the buying process and discover the amazing neighborhoods in the Madison area. As a REALTOR® I am able to use my education skills to help buyers navigate the home buying process.
In my free time you can find me attending live music concerts and local festivals, spending time with my dog and husband at the local dog parks, biking on the many Madison bike paths, and exploring the many amazing restaurants in Madison.

Katie Martin
Hey, I’m Katie! I was born and raised in Madison, WI and have lived in or around the area ever since. My real estate clients know that they can trust me to always have their best interests in mind, and that I will always work my hardest to help make their home ownership goals a reality. Whether they are first time home buyers or just looking for a change, I am available to help guide them to make the right choices for themselves and their families, all while making it a little fun too!
My husband and I met about 21 years ago and have been married for 16 years. During this time we’ve enjoyed raising our two amazing
boys. When we aren’t attending sporting events, like basketball or football for our 13-year-old, you can usually find us at a local dog park with our two beloved dogs, or on a pickleball court somewhere. We also enjoy the occasional round of golf.
I discovered quickly in my adult life that I had a love for real estate. I just didn’t know at the time where it would lead me. I would find myself touring open houses every chance I had, as well as attending the Parade of Homes a few times. Eventually, I found myself in an administrative role for a local home builder - where my desire grew stronger. I quickly discovered that all of my skills I used to support others over the years were going to be best put to use supporting clients to make their real estate dreams come to life. I made the decision to obtain my real estate license and ultimately found The 608 Team! What really drew me in was the true family feel and support system of everyone here. I really believe that we can all be successful when we surround ourselves with great people who work hard and make time for a little fun also! Everything else I’ve learned since joining the team has just been the icing on the cake!

When I’m not working with my real estate clients or our team, you can find me spending time with Dom and our three pups, boating, hanging out with our friends and neighbors, traveling, shopping at Hilldale, and trying new local restaurants!

I aim to provide the confidence and education needed through the process so you
can focus on the fun parts of buying and selling a home.

I grew up a theatre kid! I have performed in more than 20 musicals and plays! My favorites were Thoroughly Modern Millie (I learned tap dancing for this one!), Pink Panther, and Bye Bye Birdie.

If you are the first person in your family to buy a home and you need down payment assistance, I want you to know that it is possible.

My husband and I were married on a beach in St. Thomas, USVI with our entire immediate family present, which turned into the best family vacation ever!

During this time we’ve enjoyed raising our two amazing boys.
